PENUMBRA is the third book in the Spook Squad series by Keri Arthur. I was given this book by the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Samantha Ryan, Spook Squad Investigator, is reassigned to guard duty that just might lead to the final step to discovering her true origins. Where did she come from, who is she and what can she do?

PENUMBRA was a wonderful addition to The Spook Squad series, but leaves a lot of unfinished story lines. Although I thought this was a trilogy, after completing PENUMBRA, it is clear it is an incomplete series. If you can rectify yourself to having unanswered questions, then please read The Spook Squad series. The writing and story building is great. Well worth the read. I found myself unable to put the books down.
